Carlos and João are interns in the Quality Department of an ISO Certification Consulting company. Every day after their lunch break, they talk about some quality concept. They know how important it is to study quality concepts for their professional development. Last week, João typed five concepts about ORGANIZATION to be discussed by Carlos. The idea is that after the discussion between them, a single Quality concept will be chosen, and the actions will be distributed logically and chronologically to obtain an investment in strategic positions of the company, access of employees, integration of objectives.
